I forgot my password — how do I get back in?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. You'll get a reset email within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How does the alarm photo check work?
If you've turned on "Require a photo to turn off alarm," Luna checks that your photo was taken somewhere reasonably bright — a simple daylight check, not facial recognition. It's meant to help you actually get up, not to identify you.
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes — email us and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what we store.
Why does a sound show "Coming soon"?
We're adding to the Unwind sound library gradually, sourcing new recordings one at a time rather than shipping placeholder audio. Tiles marked "Coming soon" aren't bugs — they're just not built yet.
