1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Luna ("the App"), developed by Paradigm Shift Apps ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of service
Luna is a sleep-tracking wellness app offering sleep logging, alarms, task tracking, ambient sound playback, and AI-generated check-ins and reflections powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Luna is intended for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device.
3. Not medical advice
Luna does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated check-ins and reflections are for general informational and wellness purposes only. If you have concerns about a sleep disorder or any other health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Luna. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Certain features of Luna may in the future require a paid subscription. Where offered, subscriptions will be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchase systems, or through an external checkout where applicable, in line with each platform's rules. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms will be shown at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, branding, and mascot artwork within Luna are owned by Paradigm Shift Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.
8. Third-party services
Luna relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (backend/database) and Anthropic (AI processing). Your use of Luna is also subject to the availability and terms of these providers, which are outside our direct control.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Luna is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paradigm Shift Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Luna if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or US state give you rights that cannot be waived by this governing-law clause, those rights remain unaffected.
13. Dispute resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at suria@paradigmshiftapp.com — most issues can be resolved informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or US state provide otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
