Lunga — Privacy (pre-launch)

Lunga is developed and operated by Paradigm Shift Apps, based in Singapore. It lets guests staying in partner villas and hotels in Bali book local services, lets vendors fulfil those orders, and gives property managers a view of orders at their properties.
What we plan to collect
Account information. Your name and email address when you sign in with Google or email, handled through our backend provider, Supabase.
Booking information. What you order, when, the delivery address (which is pre-filled from your villa code where you have one), and your order history.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider in Indonesia. Your card number never reaches our servers; we receive a confirmation and a masked reference only.
Location. Only when you choose to search for services near you. You can use Lunga without sharing location by entering a villa code instead.
Messages. Chat between you and a vendor about an order is stored so that our support team can help resolve problems.
What we will not do
We will not sell your information. We will not show your phone number to vendors; contact between guests and vendors happens through the app. We will not use your booking history for third-party advertising.
Vendors and property managers
Vendors and property managers use Lunga under separate onboarding terms, which describe what business information we hold about them and how payouts and statements work.
