Lunga — Privacy (pre-launch)

Lunga is in development and has not been released. The full privacy policy will be published at this address before the app is available to download. What follows describes how we intend to handle information, so partners and early testers know what to expect.

Lunga is developed and operated by Paradigm Shift Apps, based in Singapore. It lets guests staying in partner villas and hotels in Bali book local services, lets vendors fulfil those orders, and gives property managers a view of orders at their properties.

The waitlist

If you join the Lunga waitlist at paradigmshiftapp.com/lunga, by sending us a WhatsApp message or by leaving your email, we keep your WhatsApp number and message or your email address. Messages stay in our WhatsApp Business account, and email addresses are stored with our backend provider, Supabase. We use them only to tell you when Lunga launches and to send your launch day code (up to Rp 50,000 off), and we never sell or share them. To be removed from the list, message us on WhatsApp or email lunga@paradigmshiftapp.com.

What we plan to collect

Account information. Your name and email address when you sign in with Google or email, handled through our backend provider, Supabase.

Booking information. What you order, when, the delivery address (which is pre-filled from your villa code where you have one), and your order history.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider in Indonesia. Your card number never reaches our servers; we receive a confirmation and a masked reference only.

Location. Only when you choose to search for services near you. You can use Lunga without sharing location by entering a villa code instead.

Messages. Chat between you and a vendor about an order is stored so that our support team can help resolve problems.

What we will not do

We will not sell your information. We will not show your phone number to vendors; contact between guests and vendors happens through the app. We will not use your booking history for third-party advertising.

Vendors and property managers

Vendors and property managers use Lunga under separate onboarding terms, which describe what business information we hold about them and how payouts and statements work.
