Lunga — Terms (pre-launch)

What the terms will cover

For guests. Lunga is a booking platform. Services are provided by independent local vendors; Lunga arranges the booking, takes payment, and handles support and disputes. The terms will set out how cancellations, refunds, and problems with a completed service are handled, and the service fee shown at checkout.

For vendors. Vendors set their own prices and are paid the order value less the platform commission, on a next-working-day settlement. The terms will cover fulfilment standards, the rule that guest contact details are not to be used outside the platform, and how disputes and refunds are resolved.

For property managers. Partner properties pay nothing to use Lunga. The partner terms will cover placement of the Lunga card and link at properties, visibility of orders, and how vendor onboarding for a property works.
