I forgot my password — how do I get back in?

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. You'll get a reset email within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How does the alarm photo check work?

If you've turned on Face check, the alarm won't stop until you take a photo with the front camera. That photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which looks at one thing: whether your eyes are open. Room check works the same way with a photo of your surroundings. Neither identifies you, and the photos are processed in the moment and never stored by us — see the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Can I get my data deleted?

Yes — you can delete your account from the gear icon on the Sleep tab, or email us and we'll delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what we store.

Why does a sound show "Coming soon"?

We're adding to the Unwind sound library gradually, sourcing new recordings one at a time rather than shipping placeholder audio. Tiles marked "Coming soon" aren't bugs — they're just not built yet.
