Can I turn the advertisements off?

The Game is free and paid for by advertisements, so no. They only appear on the title screen and the game-over screen, never while you are playing.

Can I stop advertisements being personalised?

Yes. Open the privacy options in the Game to change your choice. On iOS you can also turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

I lost my high score after reinstalling.

Scores are stored only on your device, so uninstalling the Game deletes them. There is no account or cloud save.

The Game crashes or will not open.

Make sure your phone's operating system and the Game are both up to date. If it still happens, email us with your phone model and OS version and we will look into it.
