Hide and Eat — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or playing Hide and Eat ("the Game"), developed by Paradigm Shift Apps ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.

2. Description of the Game

Hide and Eat is a free casual arcade game. It has no accounts, no in-app purchases, and no online play. Your scores and progress are stored on your own device. The Game is supported by advertisements shown on the title screen and the game-over screen.

3. Eligibility

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children and is not listed in any children's category on the app stores.

4. Advertising

The Game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements are provided by third parties and we do not control their content. Where the law requires it, the Game asks for your consent before showing personalised advertisements, and you can change your choice from the privacy options in the Game. Details of what advertising providers collect are in the Hide and Eat Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Game
• Use cheats, automation, or modified versions of the Game
• Interfere with the advertising or analytics services the Game relies on
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, characters, sound, design and branding within Hide and Eat are owned by Paradigm Shift Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.

7. Third-party services

The Game relies on Google AdMob for advertising and Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous usage analytics. Your use of the Game is also subject to the availability and terms of these providers, which are outside our direct control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scores stored on your device will be preserved across updates or reinstalls.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paradigm Shift Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a concern, contact us first at MAIL; most issues can be resolved informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
