Lunga has not launched yet. Guest support will open here when the app is available. For now this page is for property managers, vendors, and anyone interested in the launch.
Property managers and hotels
If you manage villas or a boutique hotel in Bali and want to talk about becoming a launch partner, email us with the name of your company and roughly how many properties you manage. We reply within two working days, and WhatsApp is fine once we have a number for you. What partnering involves is set out on the home page.
Vendors
If you run a laundry, scooter or car rental, driver service, or another local service in Bali and would like to be on Lunga when it launches, email us with your business name, the area you cover, and a WhatsApp number.
Guests
Once Lunga is live, you will be able to reach support directly from any order in the app, and by email at the address above.
